With a background in writing and editing for newspapers, magazines, and nonprofit organizations, Amy has worked with Baker Labs since 2015. As a content writer and account strategist, Amy is responsible for writing blog posts, website copy, newsletters, eBooks, and social media content that will increase exposure and generate leads for each client.
Amy works with our clients one-on-one to continually hone their content to help them to reach their marketing goals. She also enjoys mapping out StoryBrand scripts for clients so they can more effectively attract their ideal audience.
She has written customized content for medical practices like Premier Surgical, Baptist Eye Surgeons, East Tennessee Eye Surgeons, East Tennessee Vein Clinic, and breast surgical oncologist Dr. Aaron Margulies. Director of Technical Projects
With a background in IT and SEO, Matt has worked with Baker Labs since September of 2014 implementing our technical projects as well as developing and managing client websites. He also has a unique ability to speak “tech” and translate it for everyone else, which enables him to interface directly with IT departments during implementation and train clients without overwhelming them with “tech talk.”

Through her background in journalism, magazine editorial and public relations, Diana Bogan has demonstrated a keen ability to listen carefully to clients and craft print and digital media content for targeted audiences.
She has developed social media and content marketing strategies focused on reputation management, public education, brand awareness and lead generation for Healthcare Attorney, Author and Business Advisor Jonathan Fleece; US Consumer Health Journalist, Author and National Speaker Ellen Jaffe Jones; all Manatee Urgent Care facilities affiliated with Manatee Healthcare System in Southwest Florida; a team of mental health providers at Carter Psychology Center; as well as, several East Tennessee eye care providers.
