Kaitlyn Luft is a dynamic marketing enthusiast who thrives as an Account Coordinator at Baker Marketing Laboratory. Her love for writing, storytelling, and creativity, combined with her analytical, strategic, and logical tendencies, allows her to achieve the best results for our clients.
At Baker, Kaitlyn enjoys writing captivating copy, designing eye-catching graphics, and making a direct impact on clients. Her day-to-day involves putting our strategic marketing plans into action, coordinating projects, and communicating with our clients. She also takes the lead as our internship coordinator, sharing her knowledge and passion with student marketers.
Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Communication and Spanish as well as a minor in Marketing from Butler University. During her time at Butler, she honed her skills through a series of marketing roles at At Your School Inc., MJ Insurance, and Klipsch Marketing & Advisors (KM&A), a full-service marketing agency in Indianapolis, IN.
Outside of the office, Kaitlyn loves traveling, spending quality time with friends and family, and exploring Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. Kaitlyn brings a positive energy to the Baker team that’s inspiring for us and everyone who knows her!
