Gavin Baker, Principal of Baker Labs has literally taught thousands of people about social media over the last five years. He has provided training and digital media consultation for the following companies: Ruby Tuesday, Wok Hay, Marlin & Ray’s, Pilot Flying J, PetSafe, Knoxville Utilities Board, Covenant Health, PreparedIT, Knoxville Convention Center, Stone-Campbell Journal, Messiah College, and the United Way. Baker has spoken at conferences such as Social Fresh – Nashville, TN and Social Media Business Forum – Durham, NC on using social and digital media to connect with customers and build business as well as local events such as the Entrepreneurial Imperative, Bright Ideas Series of the Knoxville Chamber, Knoxville Social Media Association’s Social Media Summit, and University of Tennessee MBA and Executive MBA classes.
