As a digital marketing agency, it would be impossible for us to get anything done without a project management system in place. We always need more organizational brains on our team to ensure we deliver the best results for our clients, so we hired a new project coordinator, Jennifer Goebel.
We were lucky enough to welcome Jennifer back to the Baker Marketing team this June, and she has quickly jumped into managing moving client projects, leading team meetings, and organizing an abundance of spreadsheets. Jennifer’s love for Baker Labs began back when she worked as an administrative assistant on our team, and we are so happy that she was able to join us again in a role that taps into her organizational strengths and passion for website projects.
Jennifer’s project management techniques are inspired by Agile methodology, which is an approach that helps us respond to feedback at any stage in a project’s timeline. She makes sure we remain transparent throughout an entire project and proactively adapt to change to deliver the best results.
Outside of the office, you can find Jennifer hiking or kayaking through Norris Dam State Park, discovering the best thrift store deals, and trying new lunch spots (it’s her favorite meal of the day). She’s happiest when doing anything outdoorsy with her husband and two girls, and she would love to someday take a family trip to the national parks out West.
We are beyond lucky to welcome this file-finding, coffee-loving, strategic thinker back to our team.
