As the newest account coordinator to join our team, Kaitlyn Luft is always ready to go above and beyond for our clients. She’s passionate about learning, storytelling, and of course, planning, so her Type A tendencies help keep our accounts on track. Seriously, she has an hourly planner that she fills out every single day.
Her role at Baker Marketing Laboratory involves developing strategic marketing plans, coordinating projects, and regularly communicating with our clients to keep them in the loop. She loves brainstorming creative ideas and putting them into action by writing copy or designing graphics.
Kaitlyn recently graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN with degrees in Strategic Communication and Spanish as well as a minor in Marketing. Throughout her time at Butler, Kaitlyn worked in nonprofit, corporate and agency marketing roles, giving her a unique 360° perspective to bring to our team.
After spending a month post-grad traveling through Europe, Kaitlyn just moved down to Knoxville and is ready to explore everything our city has to offer—especially the food. Seriously, take her out to a new lunch spot and she’ll be a happy girl. But to balance out her food-loving tendencies, Kaitlyn also enjoys working out, going on bike rides, and golfing in her free time.
She fits in perfectly here at Baker Marketing Labs and never fails to bring positive energy (and Diet Cokes) into the office. We are so excited to watch Kaitlyn build fulfilling client relationships and take our team to the next level.

I love talking about anything Star Wars or Marvel-related. I’m also obsessed with learning about the enneagram and could talk anyone’s ear off about which personality type they are.

Live in Spain when I retire.

We get to work with some really innovative clients, so there is so much that excites me about our future. Our team is incredibly creative and passionate about doing good work, so I can’t wait to see where that takes us!
