Holly Yalove is an accomplished marketing professional with over two decades of experience in management and a strong background in psychology. She is passionate about cultivating relationships, exceeding expectations, and driving growth.
As the Director of Client Services at Baker Marketing Laboratory, Holly finds fulfillment in collaborating with her team members and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our account teams. She is always sharing bright ideas to solve problems, improve marketing strategies, and provide our clients with the best possible experience. Holly’s deep interest in the psychology of human behavior, coupled with her marketing expertise, has made her the perfect fit for this leadership position.
Before joining the Baker team, Holly gained vast experience in agency and in-house marketing. Her career began in the corporate world, where she held leadership roles with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, such as Ameritech (now AT&T), First Union (now Wells Fargo), Rubbermaid, and SunTrust (now Truist). In 2009, Holly moved from Atlanta, GA, to Knoxville, TN, and became an integral part of VIEO Design, an award-winning web design and inbound digital marketing agency.
During her time at VIEO, Holly achieved an impressive 300% increase in sales within the first year and played a pivotal role in growing the agency from a three-person team to a robust team of 16. In 2011, she accepted an offer to become an owner of the agency and accelerated its growth to the point of acquisition. Following the sale of VIEO in 2020, Holly consulted businesses across the U.S. as a HubSpot Certified Trainer before serving as an in-house director of marketing at RDI Technologies, a high-growth technology company based in Knoxville, TN.
Holly’s accomplishments and recognition include numerous awards and honors. She was chosen as Knoxville’s Best Digital Strategist in 2019 and has received awards such as the Gold ADDY Award for VIEO Design’s Website in 2014, the Bronze Citation of Excellence for Brazeiros Responsive Website in 2014, and many more.
Outside of the office, Holly is all about crafting and quality family time. She loves making DIY jewelry and tending to her family’s chickens with her two daughters. She has also been an active board member of the American Marketing Association Knoxville since 2019, where she currently serves as the VP of Past Presidents.
